Location - Amazing location 5 min walk from Spitalfields, Liverpool Street, The City and Algate. This area is full of energy with Central London right at your doorstep, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, gyms and more are all nearby.

The flat - The flat was renovated around 2 years ago. It has 2 shared bathrooms between 4 people and a shared kitchen. Note it doesn't have a living room! you can also get access onto the roof, which is a cool cotch spot, with amazing views of the city skyscrapers 🌆.

The room - is spacious and big enough for a small sofa too (not included). The room comes furnished so is ready to go. The room overlooks onto the street, it has double windows which blocks off most sound.

The rent is £1,321 per month. Council tax and some bills are included. You only need to pay for electricity and gas, which the agency bills you for, so it's easy. If you move in, the tenancy will be switched over to you.
