Hi everyone! We are looking for 2 replacement tenants to move in around 8 July (date is flexible) into our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in Elephant & Castle. Rent is 563 pounds/week for the whole flat.

One bedroom is a little bigger so we didn't split the rent exactly 50/50 but it's up to the tenant's discretion. Lease would be from move-in date until September 2025. Rent would increase slightly from September 2024 onwards.

There is excellent public transport nearby. Bike ride to LSE/ Russel Square is 15 mins; we also have the nearest bus stop 1 min away and are 15 mins and 20 mins away by walk from Kennington and Elephant & Castle Station respectively.

The flat is fully furnished. Amenities include:

We are walking distance to amazing nightlife, restaurants, and the neighborhood is super cheap for groceries and home goods. Burgess Park is 5 mins away by walk, perfect for a morning jog or evening walks. Nearest Tesco, Iceland also 5 mins away. Bonus: the Southwark Walworth Heritage Library is 15 mins away by walk and is honestly one of the best libraries we've been to in London.
It's a lively neighbourhood with umpteen options for food lined up on both sides of the road.
