I've been renting it since September last year with friends but I'm looking to move out early July and would love someone to take it over until its lease runs out on 22nd September.

Nice, period property with large kitchen with dishwasher, washer/ dryer and shared living room/ bathroom.

Room comes with wardrobe, shelves, overhead storage, bedside table, bed and mattress, small standing desk. Happy to chat through any additional furnishings you might require or remove anything that isn't suited to give you more room.

Close to Burgess Park which has tennis courts, cafes, run clubs and lake
