It is fully furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chairs, etc. The layout can be changed if required. The rent includes all bills and broadband access.

Permit parking is available on the street and it is less than a 5 minute walk to Southfields tube station on the District Line.

Southfields has many shops/restaurants and the local Wimbledon park. Wimbledon Tennis and Wimbledon common are all within an easy walk.

The house is shared with the owners and 2 outdoor cats.
