Spacious & friendly flatshare off Well Street

Hey flat hunters.

We have a light and airy ensuite room with loads of storage available in a second floor new build.

You would be living with Ruth and Tad who work in tech/sales. We both have a creative streak and like the outdoors. Ruth is a serene veggie who loves running, do you radio and e5 bakehouse. Tad is an interiors maverick and social butterfly who moved to london a year ago and loves the canals.

What we are looking for in a flatmate:
- someone friendly to enjoy and share the space with
- considerate and pitch in with keeping the flat clean
- any faith or none (we're both christians, so ideally don't mind that too much)

It's a 6 month contract until the end of the year and there's possibility the landlord will extend this into 2025. Bills are around £100month and we have fibre broadband.
