Hi new flatmate,

We are three flatmates currently looking for 1 more person to join our 3 beds gorgeous huge flat in the heart of shoreditch. The flat is located right next to Jolene, shoreditch house, Arnold circus, 3mins walk to the shoreditch high street station and 12mins walk to Liverpool st station. Although it is very central and close to the red church st, the flat itself is very quiet.

The flat is a rare find in shoreditch despite its amazing location, but also it’s over 1600ft2 with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 huge living rooms, a commercial standard kitchen, and a courtyard with amazing greenery.

The living room downstairs is equipped with projector, surrounding sound system and the one upstairs is currently empty for you to use.

We are three creatives currently staying in the flat(we all have our own studios and we won’t be creating from home). We also have 1 gorgeous ragdoll cat and 1 miniature dachshund, both very friendly.

We would like you to be tidy, active with housework and easy going.
