Cheap room available in iconic location

We’re a couple in our late 20s and both work in the creative industries. Our lovely friend is moving out to do an art residency, so we have a single room available for someone to join us.

The room is on the cheap side as we’re in the process of buying a flat and likely to move out in September. The room is ideally suited for those who are flexible - whether moving to London and needing time to find their own place, wanting to be in a great location for the summer, or commuters to the City who want a place to crash during work days.

The flat is extremely well connected - it’s a 7 minute walk to Shoreditch Overground and Liverpool Street Station. Neighbouring areas - Spitalfields, Hoxton, Old Street, Bishopsgate, Moorgate etc.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is clean, considerate, doesn’t smoke and is LGBTQ friendly.
