After two lovely years at the house, I'm moving in with my girlfriend so I'm looking for a new tenant, starting 05 August.

You will be living with three delightful individuals, two guys and one girl, who are all working professionals in their mid-twenties.

About the house:

- lovely garden with picnic table and conservatory, plus lots of indoor plants
- well-connected with Shepherd's Bush 4 mins away (Central Line and Overground), and Shepherd's Bush Market 5 mins away (Circle and Hammersmith lines). Hammersmith station is also only a 20-minute walk away.
- space for bike storage downstairs with easy street access
- lots of nearby amenities: Westfield for shopping and eating, lots of local pubs and restaurants, and lots of parks, including 15 mins to Holland Park or 20 to Ravenscourt

About the room:
-Top floor, garden facing with a lovely sunny view

-Lots of natural light
-Built-in storage with shelves and lots of space to hang clothes
-Sunny, modern bathroom shared with one other person
-Rent is £915 pcm and bills are about £100 pcm, including broadband, council tax (band G), gas and electricity

About you:
We'd prefer a girl to maintain the house balance, ideally between 24-32 years old, and currently in full-time employment, as all the remaining housemates are in this age range and full-time employment.
