I have a double room with a private bathroom available in our gorgeous maisonette in West London, Shepherd’s Bush (Zone 2).

Rent is £1017 (it is fixed and can’t go up)
Bills ~£100 (includes council tax)

🗓️: Move in date is ideally the end of August or start of September, but am flexible so can discuss an earlier move-in date in July.

Excellent location/connections 📍
- 5 mins walk to Shepherds Bush station (Central line and Overground)
- 12 mins walk to Shepherds Bush market (Hammersmith & City, and Circle lines)
- 5 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre 🛍️
- 10 mins on tube/bus to Holland Park, Kensington, Notting Hill and Hammersmith

The room has an internal wardrobe and space for under-bed storage. You would also have your own bathroom right outside of the room, as the other two girls share the downstairs bathroom. The room came unfurnished but I’m happy to negotiate leaving some furniture.

The flat is newly refurbished with a spacious living room where you can WFH and kitchen both with lots of natural light, and outdoor terrace with lovely views.

✨ You’d be living with the lovely Danielle (24) and Erinn (27), both working in london, and always up for exploring the city and a cosy movie night. I’m keen to find them a girl of a similar age who is clean, respectful and who will fit into the chill vibe of the flat.
