Top floor double room in Shepherds Bush, West London. Good transport links (5 mins from Circle/Hammersmith+City, 10 mins from Central Line, 15 mins from District, 20 mins from Overground), on quiet leafy road. Good shopping, restaurant, and supermarket provisions in the area.

The room is partly furnished; comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers (cost not included in rent), has great views over West London. The living room/kitchen shared area is open and airy, and has good cooking facilities. The flat comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, and two bathrooms. The monthly price is competitive for the quality of that flat.

We’re two friendly young professionals looking for a third housemate for minimum 9 months, starting July 2024.

Our tenancy ends in April 2025, at which point myself and the other current tenant are moving out, but you would be able to extend the lease with two new flatmates if you are looking for a living arrangement longer than 9 months. It is for this reason we have not defined a maximum stay at the flat.

We like to keep it quiet during the work week, but enjoy going out and seeing London during the weekend.
