— Can get to Canary Wharf in 5 mins, Liverpool Street in 10 mins, Tottenham Court Road in 15 mins, Stratford in 12 mins, Bank in 20 mins

— Quiet neighborhood but lively around the docks when the weather is nice. Activities include wakeboarding, open swimming, pub on a boat, etc.
