Single room with large private bathroom up for a short term let for 4.5 months from August 1 to December 14 (possible flexibility with dates). The room is in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat and you will be sharing with a female flat mate (working professional in her 30s) that is clean, respectful and sociable. Primarily looking for women.

The flat is across the street from the Brunel Pub, a 5 minute walk to the Mayflower pub (one of London's best pubs), has excellent transportation (2-minute walk to Rotherhithe Overground and a 5-minute walk to Canada Water station), and is a 10-minute walk to Surrey Quays shopping center (with a huge Tesco Extra).

Bills not included, but in total come up to about £150/month. There may be an additional fee to take over and be added to the lease, but I can confirm this.
