Extra-large double room is available in a fabulous house share with plenty of storage and an amazing garden in Raynes Park.

The room is located on the first floor of a 4 bedroom house. Please note, the room is partly unfurnished, however does come with a double bed, and huge wardrobes with ample storage space. Additional furniture (shown in the photos, can potentially be included)

The house has fabulous communal spaces including a conservatory, lounge, kitchen and extensive garden (50m). All equipped and ready for you to move in. There are entertainment areas in the garden for summer bbq's or quiet reading spots, depending on your preference.

The housemates are all really lovely, a mix of nationalities, English, Scottish, Spanish and are all professionals (teacher, an occupational therapist, a voice coach, and a project consultant). All very sociable and easy to get on with.

We are 10-15 walk from Raynes Park Train Station, depending on how fast you walk, with regular trains into central London in only 20minutes. The 163 bus route is just up the road, with buses into Wimbledon and Morden. And Tesco Extra is 5 mins walk away (open 24 hours).

We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas.

This home holds a lot of wonderful memories for me, as I have been living here for around 12 years, making it very sad for me to leave. We hope to find someone who will appreciate and care for it as much as I have.

The current tenancy is set to end on February 29th, 2025. We are looking for a female tenant to move in on August 29th 2024, though there is potential for an earlier move in date if needed. The tenancy period will be approximately 6-7 months.
