There is a back garden ideal for barbecues and a few drinks outside in summer. The house is also situated away from the road with a small park in front, so it is nice and quiet. There is a cleaner who comes weekly and someone who looks after the garden. The house has super-fast unlimited fibre optic broadband, perfect for watching Netflix or iPlayer. This property is 5-10 minutes to Motspur Park train station, 30 mins to Waterloo. There is a nearby bus service to Morden and Wimbledon. There is free parking on the road.

There is a large Tesco Extra nearby, as well as some corner shops. Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly. To make things easy, bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, super fast fibre broadband, TV licence, council tax, and the cleaner, with a £200 cap on gas and electricity.
