Spacious double room in Queens Park.

Hello, I'm looking for someone to join me in my lovely 2 bed apartment.
The bedroom available is very large, and has a king sized bed.
1x fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine, but no dishwasher)
1x bathroom (with shower/ bath)
1x shared living room
Big windows creating a light and airy feel

Semi-furnished (I have my furniture in, so you don't need to bring anything for the shared spaces).

The flat has recently been repainted and new carpets put in.

In walking distance of Queens Park underground station (Bakerloo line), Kilburn High Street and Brondesbury Park (Overground), and various buses. Queens park has a lovely high street with a local farmers market on a Sunday, Planet Organic, Gail's, parks and yoga studio. Kilburn High Street is also in close walking distance for Sainsbury's, Boots, M&S etc.

You'll be sharing with me, a 30y/o sustainability professional and my super friendly little dog (please don't contact me if you are allergic or don't want to live with a dog). I WFH 3-4 days a week, so ideally someone who is mostly at the office. I'm veggie, and in my free time you'll find me doing yoga, walking, tending my plants or seeing friends.

I'm laid back, but tidy and clean, and expect my housemate to show the same respect by keeping the shared spaces clean.

Please no party people, those working unusual hours. Not available to couples.

Bills are not included (we'd split between us water, gas & electricity, council tax and internet) - varies, but circa £400, so £200 each).

You will have to pass reference checks in order to be added to the lease (no short lets, the lease is for 12 months, ending 6 February 2025).

I love a cosy and harmonious home, so I'd rather wait for the right person than rush into finding a new housemate.
