The flat is very spacious and bright getting sunlight at all times of the day.

There is a desk you can use in the living room if you work from home, even though the bedroom is quite spacious and the desk could be moved there for privacy if preferred.

The other person staying at the flat (female, 25) works full-time and studies part-time. This is a very creative and cozy household!

The property is 9 minute walking distance to Barnes train station and 15 minutes to East Putney tube station (District Line) by taking the 337 bus that stops right in front of the building.

Bills (council tax, gas, water, electricity, broadband) aren’t included but average around £200 per month.

Preferably looking for a female to occupy the room.
