Large room on Putney embankment

The views!

Hi all,

Unfortunately one of our flatmates is moving out, so Sophie and I are looking for someone to fill her room.

About us:

Sophie (21, soon to be 22) is a physio and rowing coach. She has a flexible working pattern, but is often kept busy by clients and children she coaches. During her free time she enjoys to read and binge watch the latest Netflix series. Sophie is also a keen rower, she rows at one of the rowing clubs along the embankment. Sophie is always up for a night out/dinner parties/casual drink or a night in. She is hugely friendly and always enjoys chats in the evening after work.

Franky (25, almost 26) works at the Foreign Office. She works 5 days a week in office. In her free time she enjoys crossfit and running (did someone say hybrid athlete?!) Like Sophie she is sociable and also enjoys both a night in and night out.

Who we are looking for:

Someone who is a working professional, having a mixture of working from home to working in the office is also fine. However, we would prefer someone who isn't just WFH. We are looking for someone like ourselves, enjoys the social, but also appreciates their own space.

What the flat is like:

A Victorian build with some little quirks. Sophie and I love our flat. Not only because its light and airy, but it is located between Putney Bridge (Zone 2) and Putney Overground Station (approx. 10 min walk, 8 if you're speedy). The flat has one bathroom with bath/shower (this is having a new paint job in the next months also!) The kitchen is a good size with fridge/freezer, loads of storage, a gas hob and oven, washing machine (new this year) and a small dining table. The living room is a favourite, this has a dining table (great for hosting dinner parties), two comfy sofas, a TV and a balcony which is great for the summer months.

Bills are roughly £100 a month for reference.
