Hi all!

We have a great, super well-located house in the heart of East Putney and are looking for an equally exceptional housemate to come join us!

The house is well-situated, just five minutes walk to Putney High Street, five minutes to East Putney Station and very close to Wandsworth Park. The house itself is a maintained Victorian brick terraced property, with a separate large living room, bathroom and kitchen diner on ground floor. The garden is pretty awesome too. There are friendly neighbours both sides who we occasionally hang with also and the local street are super friendly.

We are Dan and Arron, both mega-chilled, sociable professionals. Both in the tech /start-up space. We are also joined by Charlie, a six-year-old Golden Retriever who is genuinely the nicest animal in known existence. The house is two doors down from a great Crossfit gym, and we also have outdoor exercise equipment, PS5 and an awesome BBQ set-up.

The house has a large 4th bedroom which we use as a shared workspace, so you won't have to worry about space if you WFH.
