The station is a 4 min walk away. The room comes furnished. The lease is until December. There are two flatmates, both women.
Bills are usually around £90 per month (they’re all divided up between the 3 flatmates & £39 out of that is towards council tax). Wifi is included.
The landlord requires affordability checks to make sure the new tenant would make more than 2.5x their rent.
