Shared flat 2bd/2ba Pimlico

Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out.
Spacious 834sqft / 77sqm 2 bed 2 bath flat with balcony and concierge, minutes from Pimlico station (Victoria line). Room includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. You will have your own private bathroom as I have an ensuite in my room. Spacious living room with 42" Samsung smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps. Google speakers in kitchen and living room. Expandable dining table for 6 ppl. Tesco and Waitrose are walking distance along with many pubs, cafés and restaurants.

About me (current tenant and your future flatmate): I'm from Canada and moved to London 3 years ago. Single 31yo male lgbt+ friendly, working in consulting, working from home 2-3 days a week. Fairly social, usually not in the flat much on weekends and like to have friends over for dinner or drinks 2-3 times a month (happy for you to join most times, if you'd want to). Prefer quiet time after 11pm on weeknights. Clean and respectful. Ideally would like someone friendly who I can share a meal/wine or watch TV with occasionally, while also respectful of each others space and independence :)

In your message can you please include more information about yourself like your age, job, how often you work from home, your interests/hobbies, confirm you don't smoke/have pets, preferred move-in date / lease term, so we can see if it's a good fit to live together?

Bills not included - council tax, electricity and internet would be about £150 additional per month per person.
