Bright Room in Peckham Pad

Hi!

We’re two friends looking for someone to move into our three-bed flat near Peckham Rye Park.

The Room:
Available from the 17th July (our housemate is sadly moving to Brighton) - the room is furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.

The Flat:
- Great location in Peckham / East Dulwich, just off Peckham Rye Park
- Includes a sizeable garden
- Open plan ground floor
- All the contemporary appliances
- 2 toilets
- Option for a parking permit
- ⁠Quiet street and great neighbours

Council tax: band C. Estimate of £150 per month for all bills, council tax and a fortnightly cleaner.

Who are we?
You'd be sharing the flat with Nick, 33, and Joe, 30. We both cycle, are veggies, have a fairly eclectic record collection and bring the good vibes.

Who are we looking for?
A young professional of a similar age who is up for the odd pub trip, live music, occasional night out and a lark. We're both laid back, tidy and friendly and would love someone similar to join this house.

The Contract:
We are currently on a 2 year contract with the landlord (one of our friends) which is up for renewal in November.

We will be arranging viewings during the week, over the next couple of weeks.
