Room in friendly house next to Peckham Rye station

Hello!

We have a double room in our shared house available from 5th August. The house is located right beside Peckham Rye Overground Station (literally 3 min walk). We are looking for a long-term commitment of around 12 months.

The room comes furnished, on the ground floor, with lots of natural light and direct garden access. We have a long garden with lots of trees and wildlife - a great place to have a cup of tea or a beer and watch the birds. Our neighbours are very friendly, and their cat Charlie is a regular visitor in the house.

There is a kitchen, shared living room and one bathroom. The house is very social, part of a wider friend group - we all go for half-price pizzas regularly, gigs, and the pub. We are a house of aspiring muscians and artists, also very into tennis, yoga, and gardening!

It is a four bedroom house, and you will be sharing with Luke, Gus, and Alice, all aged between 25-27.
