We’re looking to replace one of our housemates who is sadly moving out - it’s a double room in a 5 bed house in Parsons Green. We’re all friendly sociable guys who like doing things together but have our own lives too.
The room is available from the start of July on a 12 month contract with a 6 month exit clause. There is no deposit as the landlord requires first and last months rent to be paid upfront.
