Looking for someone to move into this double room in Paddington, either short term until end of September or longer if you want to renew the lease.

You’ll be joining a flat share with five lovely gals aged 24-28 who work in London
Fully furnished: double bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, dresser, wardrobe, and bedside cabinet all come with the room.
There are two full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and small patio shared by the flat. Also a washer and dryer in the utility room.
The room is on the basement level with a secure door that opens out into a second patio area.
Nearest tube stations are Paddington and Edgeware road which are a 3-5 minute walk away
Easy proximity to Hyde Park and central London. There are about six different grocery stores each within quick walking distance too!
There is a cat living in the flat who is super friendly and cute.
The landlord is really lovely and easy to contact with any issues
Rent is £950 a month excluding bills which are less than £100 a month
