2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan new kitchen and living room, opening out onto a large patio and private garden. There's also a study suitable for working from home, and a communal garden on the street side.

Recently renovated and soundproofed, new kitchen and underfloor heated extension. It's cosy in the winter and cool in the summer.

The garden is huge for the area, and includes a summerhouse suitable for use a a second living room/den.

MD a very sweet, friendly cat likes to visit on a regular basis and I have robot vacuum/mop that helps keep the place clean (we could name it together!).

Available from 9th July, ideally looking for a long term flatmate but would consider a short term let for the right person.

Bills are typically £200-£300 a month (council tax band C, water, gas, electric, broadband and a weekly cleaner)
