Hey everyone,
Females preferred!
We have 1 cozy double room available in our 5 bedroom share house from the 10th of August. The location is amazing, in the heart of Old Street/Shoreditch, and only a 2 min walk to Old Street underground station.
The available bedroom comes with a wardrobe, a shelving unit, a desk is available as well (not in current setup) , a large window for fresh air and a double bed.
The House:
- Spacious lounge room with 3 couches, TV, dining table
- Well-stocked kitchen with modern cooking facilities (inc dishwasher)
- 2 x bathrooms/toilets
- A washing machine and a dryer
- a dishwasher
Rent: £875pcm – this includes all bills and a cleaner who comes weekly to clean the communal areas and the common expenses for the house (dishwasher tabs, etc).
Deposit: £660
As for your housemates - you’ll be living with 4 other females! We’re all young professionals aged between 25 – 31. We’re all super laid back and get along well with one another. It’s a fairly social household, and can catch up at night over dinner or a few drinks in the lounge. That being said we’re definitely not a party house, and respect everyone’s privacy and downtime.
Ideally we’re looking for someone in their 20’s or 30’s, who is open minded, clean and tidy, respectful and social. If you think this sounds like a good fit then please get in touch to tell us a little bit about yourself and what you like.
Thanks,
