Sublet July 5th - September 20th (ish room for a little movement both sides.

£1100 all bills included + deposit

Moving in at the start of a tenancy and looking for a lovely soul to join us until our housemate moves over from NZ.

The room:
Large Double En-suite.

Currently will be furnished with a chest of drawers & wardrobe, can be unfurnished completely if needed, but a bed can also be discussed.

Looking for:

someone who is a clean & considerate human bean.

We are a community minded house, that occasionally cooks & hangs together, but equally respects that we all have our own lives going on with a need for a peaceful home environment and downtime :)

Current household is:

Ayoola & Jhett. They're cousins, and this will also be their first time living together.

Ayoola is 30, queer & an actor from West Cork. She has been living in London since 2012. Into outdoors, sustainability, reading, watching terrible teenage dramas, cooking & yoga etc etc

Jhett is 28, from Devon works in the film & TV industry & moved to London last year. He’s into cooking, yoga, photography, the arts, music & the outdoors etc etc

The House:

The pictures are from the original advert. So ignore furnishings. Kitchen Table & Chairs will be staying.

Large Kitchen, Living space with a 2 fridges and freezers, both concealed, a utility room with washer & dryer & bike racks.

A garden and free on street parking.

We are currently looking to fill a second bedroom permanently, someone who would be going on the tenancy at £800 pm + bills. It's the smallest room in the house, have a look at the floor plan & if it's of interest let us know :) It's essentially an en-suite & would come with a big storage cupboard.
