I am looking for someone to rent the upcoming spare bedroom as the current tenant will be leaving. The apartment will be shared with my current flatmate Chris (Dutch) who is really easy going and tidy, is in his early 30s and works in private equity. The room in my apartment is conveniently located in a Victorian style house at Westbourne Gardens, Notting Hill. It is a bright and spacious fully furnished apartment (approx. 78 sqm) that includes all the amenities required for a comfy and cozy living. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 separate) with 2 balconies, a bright living room, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space to store your luggage and other personal belongings. It is conveniently located close to many shops & restaurants of Notting Hill and takes only a few minutes walking to reach:

-Waitrose (4 min)
-Royal Oak station - Circle and Hammersmith & City lines (3 min)
-Bayswater station - Circle and District lines (10 min)
-Hyde Park (13 min)
-Portobello Market (17 min)

The room for rent is a double bed with a closet. The move in date is 16th of August 2024. The rent is GBP 1728 per month which includes WiFi and does not include utility bills (electricity and gas) nor the council tax.
