Huge architectural shared living/kitchen/dining leading to patio, garden and garden studio

As per the title, this is two stunning rooms in a friendly house share SE25. Currently 1 male, 3 females, however the guy is moving out soon. Both rooms are available now.

Beautiful large double room on first floor with masses of light and storage, see pic. Bathroom with bath/shower outside room shared with one other lodger who is not always there.

Second room is on the second floor, only suitable for a female as the other room is occupied by a female, shared bathroom/shower for the two second floor rooms.

10 mins walk from Norwood Junction station with great transport links including regular super fast trains - 15 mins - to London Bridge/Overground to Canary Wharf and anywhere. Loads of buses including express bus to Waterloo from the top of the road and night buses - the fast transport links to the centre are amazing and are why I bought the house.

Beautiful South Norwood Lakes is at the bottom of the road (see pics) and the area is upmarket, clean and friendly with lovely friendly neighbours.

Crystal Palace Park with the dinosaurs is around a 20 minute walk as is Crystal Palace triangle with many exciting restaurants and bars.

Tenants are friendly, intelligent, sensible, peace loving types who are interested in living in harmony and community.

There is a garden studio which is available for activities by agreement with housemates.

We have a very friendly cockapoo who is adored by all, so while on principle open to pets, they would have to be polite, fully housetrained and acceptable to Ziggy. Just been told that Ziggy hates cats sorry, a friendly small dog might be OK

We are looking for someone professional, able to keep shared spaces clean who will contribute positively to the beautiful house and community here.

All bills included, fast internet, fortnightly cleaner and gardener

If you are applying please give me as much information about yourself as possible...looking for someone intelligent, communicative, solvent, professional and articulate so the more you tell me the more likely I am to get back to you to arrange viewing / meet the housemates as of course a new housemate is approved democratically

The process would be that if suitable and interested we would invite you to view and meet the housemates. If that works, you would need to provide work and landlord references and credit check.
