* Comes with double bed and mattress, big white wardrobe, built in cupboard, desk, chair, shelves and a bedside table. *please note that the x2 white bedside tables, both mirrors, TV and shoe rack are my own but a different x1 bedside table will be provided)

Flat:
* Toilet room and shower room are separate
* NO LOUNGE
* Lots of shared storage in the hallway
* Fully furnished with fridge freezer, washer/dryer, hoover etc

Area:
* The flat is across the road from a massive Sainsburys which also holds a Starbucks and Argos
* Lidl is a 10 minute walk away
*Pure Gym & The Gym Group are 7 mins walk away
* Battersea Power Station & Park are 20 minutes walk away or 1 tube stop
* Takeaways and Gail’s Bakery close by

Tube/buses
* Nine Elms tube station (northern line) is 1 minute away (literally right across the road)
* Vauxhall tube station is 10 minutes walk (Victoria line)
* Vauxhall bus station is 10 minutes walk
* Nine Elms bus stop is right outside the flat
