From New Eltham station it's a 16 min ride to London Bridge, 22 min to Waterloo East, 26 min to Charing Cross, 28min to Cannon Street etc.

There is a lush garden with table and chairs, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances at your disposal.

The room itself is very bright and airy, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, table lamp and mirror.

All bills are included - gas, electricity, council tax, water and high speed internet.

Great location with many shops and cafes at the doorstep, and quick access to the high street.

Bi-weekly cleaning of the communal areas is included.

It would suit someone tidy, mature and considerate.
