Double room for rent in 6 bed HMO with large kitchen and living space in basement. Large sunny garden out back. The room is spacious with high ceilings, window onto street and plenty of storage space (drawers, wardrobe) and a desk.

Brilliant location, 10 minutes to both New Cross and New Cross Gate station, with overground connections to London bridge (5 mins) and east (~40 mins to Dalston Junction) with many bus routes to central, Peckham and e+c going from right outside the house. Lots of places to eat or go to the pub nearby, in New Cross and Deptford. Plenty of supermarkets and green spaces as near as ten-twenty min walk (Deptford Green, Telegraph Hill) or a short bus journey (Burgess Park, Peckham Rye)

Housemates are five queer cis women in their early twenties. Equally enjoy going out for a boogie or staying in for films and chats and cuppas. Very lefty, open and non judgemental, prone to silliness. Looking for someone chill, who doesn’t mind slightly irregular schedules and spontaneous hang outs (it’s not a loud party house but there are often people round as we enjoy entertaining).
