I'm moving out soon, and am looking for someone to replace me for the remainder of my lease period. I've been at this place for 2 years and it's a lovely location, I'm moving elsewhere to suit my work needs better.

It's a beautiful house in a quiet location, 10-15min walking distance from both New Cross and New Cross Gate stations. You're also a 20min walk from Deptford High Street, and a short bus ride from Canada Water tube station.

This would be the largest bedroom out of 4 total in the house. It's bright and spacious with lots of in-built storage and wardrobe space.

You'd be sharing with 3 other professionals in their mid-20s and early 30s who are all super friendly and social, but are also respectful of each other and like to keep their space tidy.
