Big bright double room in 4-bed house (SE, zone 2)

We have a spare room available in our lovely house in New Cross. Available from 3 Aug until end of June next year (potentially longer). Bills are approx £90 a month - pics are the same room just before and after clutter!

We’re all young professionals, sociable but have our own things going on and are clean and considerate. We’re very LGBTIQ+ friendly, two of us wfh mostly but from our rooms.

Spacious living room and garden, modern kitchen and bathrooms, good landlord. We’ve got a projector for movie nights/ Mario kart and a garden for outdoor dinners/ bbq’s! (Some of us smoke but not inside obvs).

Really nice area with green spaces nearby, telegraph hill, Skehans (best pub in london according to timeout), cafes and restaurants.

Approx 10 min walk to 3 overground stations, 15 mins door to door from here to London Bridge. Right next to deptford, peckham, Greenwich, Lewisham. Just one overground to dalston, Hoxton, Islington, Shoreditch.

Looking for a housemate not a lodger ! Someone who is happy to share cleaning responsibilities but won’t stress if anyone has to leave a dish on the side every now and again.

I’m an events coordinator for a science journal, one housemate works with me and the other works at a cinema and museum.
