Hi all!
I’m subletting my double room for a month - until 1 of August, with the possibility of extending and renewing the contract for a long term, 800 pounds (bills included).
It's a light room in a wonderful duplex flat, with large living room, kitchen and a spacious balcony where you can do yoga, sunbathe or whatever you wish to! It would be nice that you are a dog lover because another flatmate is a girl living in the apartment - Claire, who has a very active and friendly, barking corgi dog 🐕 He stays with us every alternate week.
Located in Mill hill, NW74PY. From the house there is a direct bus 113 to Marble Arch, it's 10 mins bus to Edgware (Northern line underground) and 10 mins walk from Mill Hill station (Thames link). Nearby there is a wonderful forest🌳 and several parks, about forty minutes to Hampstead Heath Park where you can swim in the ponds! 🌿
