I am looking for a female to rent the spare room in my flat for minimum 4 months and possibly longer.
The Apartment:
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, double wardrobe, good storage and parking. There is also a shared garden.

The room comes fully furnished. Rent is £1000 pcm including bills.

The flat is just off the canal in Mile End park.
10 min walk to Mile End station
10 min walk to Limehouse station
15 min walk to Westferry station
2 min walk to buses travelling 20 mins into the city
20 mins walk to Canary Wharf
5 min walk to supermarket and local shops

You will be living with me:
I am working in the office 4 - 5 days a week as an accountant. I am very clean and tidy and expect standards to be upheld by prospective lodger. I enjoy socialising with friends, but also chilling at home, cooking and having a quiet time. I am looking for someone with a similar chill vibe, ideally a female in full-time employment, clean and fun.
