Looking for someone to share a three story flat starting start of September.

About the flat:
- Shared furnished open living room and kitchen, with dishwasher and washer/dryer (first level)
- Shared guest half bathroom (toilet and sink)
- Available room on top floor
- Room is huge, currently has two built in closets and can fit a super king bed, a desk and peloton. Carpets and non functioning fireplace
- Bedroom is unfurnished (unless you need furniture and we can discuss some options)
- Private bathroom has tub and shower with large closet and storage space
- Doorbell intercoms throughout the flat
- Bills (wifi, council, energy)

Looking for a flatmate who is:
- A working professional
- Respectful and clean
- Ideally someone who does not cook a lot of meat / fish (I am vegan)
- Has a balanced social life
- Good / timely with rental payments

About me:
-I'm a 30 year-old female who has been in London for three years
- Ex private equity / finance professional, now I work for myself and work predominately from home
- I am passionate about health and wellness, I'm like to cook healthy meals and workout
- I love house music (bonus points if you can teach me how to DJ) and dancing
- I love to host / socialise, and I am a night owl but respectful that late nights are not for everyone!
