Price 1700 pounds for the WHOLE time (4 to 6 weeks), including bills. Negotiable if shorter rental.
We are looking for someone to rent the room for 4-6 weeks, ideally a young professional like us.
The flat already has 2 other tenants who are 2 young professional women. We are all Spanish girls in the flat and we get along incredibly well, you will feel like at home. The location is perfect (1 min away from oxford street) and here in Marylebone the area is full of cafes and nice restaurants and shops. You can also enjoy the tennis court we have at the square and walk to Hyde Park or Regents Park in less than 10 mins.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen + living room, everything furnished and in perfect condition :)
We have a cleaner coming on a weekly basis, which is included on the price as well!
