The apt is bright, airy and spacious, with outside space, close to the vibrancy of Marylebone High Street. Perfect for access to LHT, Eurostar, Waitrose, M&S Marble Arch food hall and all key transport connections: 2 mins from tube station with good connections on Bakerloo, Jubilee, Circle & District lines - also 10 min walk to Bond Street. Good bus routes. Close to Regents and Hyde Park if you feel like a run.

I’m a marketing professional, love galleries, a good glass of wine, walking with the pooch, going out but equally as happy chilling at home.

Flat has good security and is quiet. It’s suitable for a professional individual (no influencers) who perhaps travels or is in London frequently for hybrid working or otherwise in London full time. I will be in the apt maybe once a month so essentially most of the time you’ll have the flat to yourself. Bills are low and hot water and heating included in rent.

The apt isn’t a 3 bed but don’t seem able to change it!
