We are 3 professionals living together in a 3-bed flat in North London looking for a fourth roommate!

A little bit about the flat:
- Large private outdoor space
- Ground floor flat with a full kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer) and large shared living room
- 1.5 bathrooms
- Manor House station is a 7-minute walk away, Finsbury park station is a 15-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop just across the road
- Clissold Park is a 10-minute walk away and the West Reservoir is just across the road
- The Council Tax Band is D
- Bills (water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and council tax) come to approximately 90-120 pcm


A little bit about us:
- We are a social and friendly flat- always up for a good laugh and chat. We often hang out in the living room, having dinner or watching a movie together, or hosting an event together (e. g. BBQ or games night). Of course, also enjoying our alone time.
- We love cooking and food. We're all quite international, from all over the world and have lived in lots of different places.
- We are all researchers working full-time
- We are all very clean and tidy and follow a flat cleaning rota

What we are looking for in a flatmate:
- Someone social, tidy and considerate, with a good sense of humour!
- The room does not have space for a desk so someone who works on site or has an office to go into
