- Rent is £1290 pcm, and bills+council tax are an additional £180-200 pending Westminster council lowering tax rates this year. The bills (electric, council tax, heat, wifi) are all unlimited use, so heat bills won't go up in the winter etc.
- There's a washer/dryer in the flat, and the stove is electric.
- There's plenty of room in the flat for it to be used socially/have friends over

About Me:
- I work in wildlife conservation (mainly marine species protection), and am finalising my move back to the UK after working in New York for a few years.
- Outside work, I keep myself busy with my hobbies (seeing friends, long walks, going to the gym, reading, going to the movies). I travel for work as well, so you'll often have the flat to yourself.
