Looking for somebody clean and tidy to move into our Flatmate's room from the 7th July. The room is huge with loads of storage. It’s situated on a 3rd floor meaning it will be just you on that floor since the rest of the house is on the second floor which provides great privacy. The room is well lit and well maintained.

Maida Vale is in the borough Westminster (cheapest council tax!), making it relatively central located and easy to commute anywhere. The nearest stations are Queens Park (10min walk) and Westbourne Park (15min walk).
The flat features a separate living room, a kitchen, 2 toilets (one is also a bathroom), and 4 double bedrooms.

The flatmates who are present in the property are kind, respectful, clean and tidy, and we'd expect the same from anybody interested in the property.

As this is a tenancy swap, you would be required to prove your right to work in the UK and provide proof of income.

A deposit transfer of around £1000 would also be required during the move-in process, all certified by Chestertons Safe Deposit Scheme.
