A lovely double room available in our cosy Maida Vale flat overlooking the communal garden. We are looking for a new Flatmate to move in as I am moving out,

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a period conversion with a large open plan kitchen and lounge overlooking the shared garden.

We are very conveniently located only a short 5 minute walk from Warwick Avenue station, or if you prefer, a 15 minute stroll down the canal to Paddington. The local area is very residential with lovely cafes, shops, pubs and a cinema.

You would be living with 2 great flatmates who both work full time. We are looking for a new flatmate who would be friendly, tidy, get on with everyone and think of our place as their home.

Rent is £1,100 pcm and bills come in on top between £100-£150 per person in winter which includes gas/electric broadband and council tax.
