High Ceilings in Little Venice

Hiya,

We are two professional females who are looking for someone considerate and upbeat to take on the remainder of a current lease of one of our flatmates, ending February 2025, with potential to extend for a year. We are ideally looking for a third professional female flatmate to become a long term member of our Flatshare. Our current flatmate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend and so we are looking for another great addition to take her room. The room is available from the 3rd August. 



Our flat is a true home and we're looking for someone who wants to treat it as such. We are both busy people but like to get together for chats on the sofa and Netflix and a glass of wine once in a while. 

The flat has huge windows and gets lots of light. It is a beautiful area with Paddington a stones throw away across the canal and Maida Vale just a stones throw in the other direction. Hyde Park and Notting Hill are just 15-20 mins walk away and you can get to soho in 15 mins on the Elizabeth line! The Bakerloo, District, Circle, Hammersmith and City and Elizabeth lines are all less than 10 mins walk away. 



The flat is super convenient yet homely, with lots of green spaces and nice walks around. The room itself is very quiet and spacious. It currently fits a double bed, triple wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a desk and two bedside cabinets. The room comes unfurnished, however the triple wardrobe and a chest of drawers are available to purchase from the current tenant. The flat itself is fully furnished with our own furniture. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.
