We are looking for three people to rent our beautiful 3 bedroom flat, this would be a perfect shared house for 3 friends. Our contract runs out in the end of August 2024 - I'm planning on moving out already on 30 July and my two flatmates are moving out when our contract ends on 31 August. We are looking for someone who could move in already on 1 August (the biggest room, £815 pcm) and first live with my current flatmates until end of August, and then have 2 of your friends move in from 1 September. The current flatmates are one female (28 / Australian) and one male (23 / British), both very lovely and chilled professionals.

It's a small flat and there's no living room but all the rooms are decent size doubles (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small double). I've lived in the flat for the past 6 years and have absolutely loved it!

-1 bathroom with toilet and 1 separate shower room.

-10 min walk to Stamford Brook and Turnham Green underground stations (District line).

-18 min walk/6 min cycle to Acton Central overground station.

-Room 1 (£815) has two small private balconies with beautiful sunrise views.

-rented through an agency who also manage the property, they will do the referencing/background checks so there is a small fee included.
-This is for 3 sharers only - not suitable for couples/more than 3 people.

The blue armchair and footstool, chest of drawers and white bookcase in room 1 are mine, but I'm selling them so if you want to keep them, we can agree on a price.
