En suite room in London W12, zone 2

- Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I'm moving due to my job.
- The room is a large en suite room in a shared house. The room has a double bed, large closet, night tables, an additional drawer, and own private bathroom.
- The house has a large shared kitchen area with both induction and gas stoves, oven, microwave, large full-sized fridges and freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen table. There is further a large backyard garden with plenty of storage space for bicycles.
- 8 minutes walk from East Acton station (Central Line) and multiple busses just outside the house on Old Oak Rd (70, 228, 260, 272, N7) making the location very well-connected.
- 5 minutes walk from Lidl and Iceland. The house also only 1 station away on the Central Line from Westfield Shopping Centre, making shopping very convenient.
- The current tenants are really kind and friendly professionals. We have a weekly cleaning duty to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy.
- Council tax and all bills (heating, electricity, and water) are included in the rent. For couples, the rent is £1300 PCM (all bills included as well).
