Small double room with friends included! 🏳️‍🌈

We're two friends, who met through spare room, looking to replace our other friend who is leaving the country (for a job not to get away from us!).

Earlsfield is a really nice suburban neighbourhood in SW London, filled with many amenities including pubs, restaurants, large grocery stores, a cinema, shopping centre and more, located within a 15-20 minute walk from the flat.

Our flat is roughly a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Common with trains to Victoria, 12 minute walk (downhill) to Earlsfield station with trains to Waterloo; or Clapham Junction and Tooting Bec are also a short bus ride away.

We live in a maisonette and it's a nice place with a spacious shared living/dining room, a decent sized kitchen and bathroom. The room for rent is small but it is cozy and comes with a bit of extra storage in the upstairs hallway.

Lyn works as a secondary school librarian in North London. She loves travelling, going to musicals and concerts (but not plays), as well as reading and listening to podcasts.

Simon works in TV, and does do shifts. He loves a glass of wine, or a trip to the pub, as well as going on adventures!

We like to hangout together, be that in the living room watching TV, out and about, or even on holiday!

The room is £665 with bills, but that may rise depending on usage, but so far it's covered each month.
