My lovely lodger has just landed an exciting new job outside London (I’m thrilled for her, though sad to see her go!), so I’m now looking for someone new to join my friendly home.

The double room, available Monday to Friday (with the occasional weekend stay possible), overlooks a sunny, south-facing garden in a charming 2-bedroom terraced house on a quiet, safe street at the Earlsfield/Tooting/Wimbledon borders.

The room has been recently redecorated, with ample storage and a very comfortable double bed.

The bathroom is newly refurbished and shared — but it’s never caused any issues with previous lodgers.

Rent includes all utilities and amenities, such as:

Fantastic transport links — you’re within a 10-minute walk of Earlsfield, Tooting, or Wimbledon stations, with frequent buses, trains, and Underground connections.

There’s also a gym and pool just 5 minutes away, plus plenty of cafes, shops, and green spaces nearby.

I’m easy-going, sociable, and enjoy hosting the occasional weekday dinner party — lodgers are always welcome to join in if they wish.
