Large sunny En-suite bedroom in Tooting Brodway

Hello,

We have a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom to rent in a three bed house. There is a living room/dining space and massive garden. The house is very close to both Tooting and Streatham Common train stations and 15 min walk or a short bus ride to Tooting Broadway underground station. There are lost of shops and restaurants nearby.

We are family with 2 little boys ages 10 and8. Both of us work full time and the little ones go to school plus they are attending some clubs after the school.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy flat mate who doesn't mind sharing with the family. We are all easy going and friendly but also respectful of each other's privacy. The house is not as crazy as it potentially sounds, the boys are very well behaved.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed with storage, large wardrobe and two chests of drawers so there is plenty of storage space. The rent is inclusive of all bills.
