Room 1 Bed

We are a group of students who are moving out of a shared house just off Richmond Park. The house is a 5 min walk from Asda Roehampton Vale superstore and a 5 min walk away from the 85, 265 and K3 bus routes. It is also a 5 min walk away from Kingston University Roehampton Campus, which is ideal for engineering students who want to/are studying there. As it is close to the 85 bus route, getting into Kingston centre or to Putney should only take 30mins depending on traffic. If a car is needed, there is also a layby down the road where you could park a car.
All the rooms have a desk apart from room 2, which has a balcony. There are 2 toilets, one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor. There is also a spacious living room and kitchen, and a garden that backs onto Richmond Park.
Room 2 will also have a tenant staying in it till the end of August, so the term for room 2 would start on September 1st.
